This year, M31 organized a “company visit” together with the Career Development Center of the National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) for the first time, allowing NTHU students to take a close look at the future of the IP industry. During the visit, the Chief R&D Officer gave an introduction to the development and IP products of M31 and NTHU graduates working in M31 shared company benefits and careers while providing advice on future employment. By having a tour around the gallery-like R&D working environment, the students gained a personal experience of what it’s like working here. Last but not least, the Human Resource Department gave an overview of related jobs to help the students better find their career paths in the employment process.

The career activity held by M31 in collaboration with the NTHU aimed at providing the students with a firsthand understanding of M31’s working environment, job vacancy and internship information, and future development trends as well as required competencies and the careers of NTHU graduates at M31. Through close interactions with M31, the students could become further familiar with different industries.

▲ Once walking in M31’s staff rest area, the participating NTHU students were immediately attracted by the space full of natural elements such as the sky, clouds and flying birds. They sat on plywood chairs and had relaxing interactions, experiencing the feeling of staying in the nature-like rest area built by M31.
